How long is the free trial?

14 days on your first paid plan (Starter or Pro), full features, no credit card required. Cancel anytime.

How accurate is it really?

Every size comes from the brand's own published chart (139 brands, chart-first; a formula is used only as a flagged fallback), and every chart row round-trips in our automated tests. Accuracy against real feet is not yet published. /accuracy says exactly what is and is not measured.

How long does setup take?

10 minutes on Shopify (install app, widget appears automatically). For other platforms: add one script tag to your product pages.

What if I sell brands not in your database?

We cover 139 brands. For unlisted brands, we use standardized formulas and flag it as "estimated". You can also submit brand data for verification.

Is customer data safe?

The widget collects foot length and width, and an e-mail address only when the shopper chooses to save their Size Passport. No cookies. Built for GDPR: consent, data export, account deletion. Privacy policy.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly billing, no contract, no cancellation fee.
